Auto L – Sealer with Shrink Wrapping Machine

DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION:

Product is fed manually or online into the inlet conveyor of automatic l-sealer.
Product passes through vertical or horizontal sensors installed at the end of inlet conveyor signaling sealer for further operation
As the product passes through the sealer outlet conveyor stops and the film is sealed and cut in L-shape around the product.
After sealing and cutting product is then transferred automatically to shrink tunnel for shrinking the film.
Sealed product passes through shrink tunnel and the film shrinks tightly around the product, giving it a perfect packing.

The sealing knife adopts copper alloy sprayed with teflon, it won't stick to film, sealing fast, without smoke & non-polluting.
Horizontal and vertical sealing knife are connected without gap, the film won't break. Sealing frame adopts high quality alloy steel, the sealing quality is stable, frame difficult to be Damaged
It is equipped with Kissing Conveyor which helps small products to pass from in- feed conveyor to sealing unit
The machine has entire automatic system, it is equipped with Panasonic sensors that can reach high speed working.
It is convenient to adjust according to different sizes products, just adjustthe han dle wheel can reach it, operation is easy.
It can be connected with online production.
It has protection function to avoid sealing product wrong and ensure the safety of operator

It adopts Schneider AC contactor, high-power Solid-state booster and intelligent temperature controller to make temperature system more accurate, prolong the working life.
It adopts solid roller conveyor, the rollers wrapped with high temperaturesilica gel tube. It can stand heavy product and difficult abraded (you can choose net type conveyor)
It adopts high-power fan motor to ensure enough strong wind to reach perfect packing effect.
Inside wall adopts stainless steel, it has fast temperature transfer, even heating, low energy consumption, long working life characteristics.
