- Product infeed conveyor and carton infeed conveyor adopt the timing PU conveyor to convey the product and carton. Low noise, stable run.
- Suck and pre-open carton system adopt unique servo motor, an easy adjustment in direction of vertical and level.
- Insertion adopts a double servo motor, which realizes movement in vertical and horizontal to finish the insertion; high speed and stability.
- Insertion adopts a special link rod to make a curve movement (ellipse similar) and finish the tuck-in repeatedly.
- Bottle infeed, carton infeed, carton suck out, carton tuck-in, printing, carton outfeed, etc are driven by the same motor, chain and timing belt are adopted, timing mechanism, easy operation.
